Our ITAD process
- Schedule a pickup or drop-off
Contact our team to arrange logistics. We serve Houston and the entire Gulf Coast region with LTL and full truckload options. Customer drop-off is available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM at our facility in Houston, TX. - Asset inventory & evaluation
Every device is catalogued by serial number, model, and condition. We identify data-bearing components and assess resale value before disposition begins. - Certified data destruction
All data-bearing media is securely wiped or physically shredded in compliance with NIST 800-88. You receive a Certificate of Data Destruction for every device. - Resale, remarketing & recycling
Functional equipment is refurbished and resold to recover value. Non-resalable equipment is responsibly recycled through our R2V3-certified downstream process. - Final disposition report
You receive a full audit trail — asset list, data destruction certificates, downstream recycling documentation, and resale proceeds if applicable.
